Arrival from 3pm
Departure before 11am

Payment conditions

A first payment of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
A second payment of the total balance is due 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
A security deposit of 500 euros is required.
The reservation price does not include on-site ordered services.

House rules

Pets are not allowed.
No events may be organized without prior approval from the host.
The house must be returned to its original condition at check-in.
Supervision of children is mandatory when using the pool.
The access to the villa for reserved overnight stays is limited to the maximum number of people indicated on your reservation confirmation.

Cancellation policy

Firm
The 1st 50% deposit is not refundable by Villanium.
If you cancel less than 45 days in advance, Villanium will charge you 100% of the booking price.
No show, 100% of the booking fee will be charged by Villanium.
Any modification or cancellation request must be send by email.

Guarantee and protection against damage

Villanium protects its hosts' properties against damages through insurance made with the company Superhog. For this reason, we will ask you to proceed to an independent email or SMS verification to confirm your booking.

Important : A refundable security deposit will also be required in case of any accidental damages during your stay.
