House rules

Pets are not allowed.
No events may be organized without prior approval from the host.
The house must be returned to its original condition at check-in.
Supervision of children is mandatory when using the the pool.
The villa access is reserved and limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation confirmation.

Guarantee and protection against damage

Villanium protects its hosts' properties against damages through insurance made with the company Superhog. For this reason, we will ask you to proceed to an independent email or SMS verification to confirm your booking.

Important : A refundable security deposit will also be required in case of any accidental damages during your stay.
